Another rant on Youtube videos again.

You know, if people like our art that much then it'd be cool if they could at least ask for permission when they make garbage like these:

That's just a handful, and the sad thing is that even if you flag these sorts of things YT still won't take them down. It happens with pretty much all fanart too.

To the people who made these vids, I have one big favour to ask you. Take them down. NOW. If people don't want you to have their pics in these, don't do it. I get enough stupid art theft in all forms as it is and don't you think I've gotten really tired of having to track it all down by now? A lot of times I wonder if I should have even put up my fanart on the net at all.

You know who you are.

A Gothic cover of you spin me right around? Ly images put to Barbie girl? What the heck? Also is that video of a 3D Rayman singing sex bomb for real? XD

I think the only time I've spotted my art used in a youtube video was of my Sonic Vs Mario pic on top of someones rant, I think.

I had the same problem once... but I could solve it with the person involved that made the video.
However, the big part of people who do these videos don't understand much english or simply aren't from DA. -.-

Michel never really drew those sketches as far as I know. With those pics, we don't know who to ask because they're so easily found on Google etc. Fanart on the other hand is another story because we put a lot of effort into them.
